A. About AlphaTerra Capital
AlphaTerra Capital is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) authorized and regulated by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC).
We manage Alternative Investment Funds that are not registered or promoted in the European Union and are therefore exempt from the requirements of Articles 21 and 22 of national Law 4209/13 pertaining to those AIFs and the existence of an EU custodian.
Access to investments managed by us is available exclusively to professional investors on a reverse inquiry basis. If you wish to obtain information about one of our managed funds, you may contact us at the details in Section 8, but we shall respond only if such inquiries contain an acknowledgment to the following effect:
“We confirm that we are a professional investor and that by sending this [letter]/[email] we are initiating contact with AlphaTerra Capital. We confirm that this inquiry has not been prompted, solicited or induced by you, your representatives or any third party acting on your behalf. Our request is made voluntarily for our own investment consideration and without any prior approach or marketing communication from your Firm. We acknowledge and confirm that funds managed by you may have their assets custodied by a broker, prime broker or any other non-EU custodian.”
